A Downtown Proposal

Get ready for your heart to melt into a puddle. AJ contacted me awhile back about the possibility of photographing his and Maria’s proposal. We had to come up with a plan so that Maria wouldn’t be suspicious and everything would go smoothly. AJ decided he wanted to propose on the walking bridge in downtown Nashville, TN. So, I arrived a little early and did my best to act like a tourist who was just taking pictures of the skyline. I think I pulled it off pretty well. We couldn’t have hoped for better weather, either! The weather was perfect. The days preceeding the shoot were hot and muggy so we really lucked out. As you can see from the pictures, Maria was beside herself with happiness and AJ was beside himself with joy. There was a lot of laughter and love on the Nashville pedestrian bridge that summer evening. Congratulations AJ and Maria! I wish you the best!
