What an honour to photograph my nephew’s birth story. Elias Gabriel Corona made me an Aunt for the first time and he has me wrapped around his fingers. My sister lives a few hours away, so when I got the call that she was in labor we left right away. My parents were already there when me, my sister, and my two sons arrived. My sister was labouring at her home, dancing and breathing through contractions. We all supported and loved her, including my two year old who offered her water in-between contractions. When Kayla decided it was time to head to the hospital, we all packed up and set up camp in the waiting room. Hours went by, my youngest fell asleep, and we snacked on food from Chik-Fil-A (praise the Lord for those waffle fries, right?). Watching my brother-in-law care for my sister during labor was so heart-warming. He never left her side and stayed ready at all times for the arrival of their son. We praise God for the easy arrival of Elias Gabriel into this world. He is SO loved by his family and we pray endless blessings on him. Welcome, sweet one!
