I’m going to do my best not to cry as I blog about this wedding. My photographer friend Myrick Cowart was initially Jenny and Tyler’s photographer but tragically passed away a few months ago. It was a shock for everyone. Jenny and Tyler had to find a new photographer and they chose me. The honor and emotion I felt about their decision was enormous. Well, then I got to know Tyler and Jenny a little bit and I felt even MORE honored to shoot their wedding! This couple and their family is just phenomenal. Tyler and Jenny didn’t see each other before the wedding and when Jenny walked down the aisle, Tyler started crying. Oh. my. goodness. He had me crying! Do you know how hard it is to cry and take pictures at the same time? It’s pretty hard. By the end of the day, I felt like I had known them a long time. I felt like family.
